Pagatur Software provides software solutions including but not limited to WhatsApp Business API services, employee engagement software, and related technology services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

Payment for our services is due as specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice to existing customers.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

Violating any applicable laws or regulations

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Pagatur Software and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pagatur Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, India.
