1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription to Pagatur Software services at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at contactus@pagatursoftware.com.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to all services until the subscription expires
  • No further charges will be made to your account after the current billing period

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the service and cannot be resolved by our support team
  • Duplicate payments made in error
  • Service discontinuation by Pagatur Software

2.2 Free Trial Period

If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged. No refund is applicable as no payment has been processed.

2.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Usage-based charges (e.g., WhatsApp API conversation charges)
  • One-time setup fees
  • Custom development services
  • Services used or consumed during the billing period

4. Service Modifications

If Pagatur Software modifies or discontinues a service that you have paid for, we will provide you with:

  • At least 30 days notice before significant changes
  • A prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription, if applicable
  • Alternative service options, where available

5. Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment without first contacting our support team, your account may be suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any payment issues.

  • Your account email address
  • Transaction ID or invoice number
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant documentation
